The flagship table

Fracture Point

A one-card duel with the house. Higher rank wins, matching ranks force a second cut, and the whole thing resolves in about four seconds. Stakes and payouts are counted in free virtual coins.

How a cut resolves

01

Higher card takes the round

One card to you, one to the house, both drawn from a single 52-card deck that is shuffled with a Fisher–Yates pass before every deck is exhausted. Ranks run two through ace, with the ace at the top. Suits are decoration only — they never decide a cut.

02

Equal ranks trigger the Split

Matching ranks do not end the round. The deck is cut once more and a second card lands in front of each seat. Whoever holds the higher of those two cards wins the Split. Should the second pair also match, the round is void and your stake comes straight back.

03

What a win pays

Your stake leaves the balance the moment the cards are dealt. A straight win returns your stake. A win taken through the Split returns . A void Split returns exactly what you put in. A loss returns nothing.

Every figure above is counted in virtual coins. Nothing on this page can be purchased, cashed out, traded, or converted, and no real-money wagering takes place anywhere on Stump Smashers.

What runs underneath

The deck is built once as fifty-two distinct rank-and-suit pairs, shuffled by a Fisher–Yates pass, and dealt from the top. Cards are never returned mid-deck; when fewer than four remain, a fresh deck is built and shuffled again. Rank comparison is a straight numeric test on the two dealt values, and the Split repeats that test with the next two cards.

Payouts are applied to the same balance figure shown above the felt, in the same instant the round resolves, so what you see on the meter is always the result of every round you have played in this tab. Close or reload the page and the whole session is gone — there is no server, no profile, and nothing stored about you.

Before you sit down

Decide your stopping point first. A short session with a number in mind is the version of this game worth playing; chasing a run of bad cuts is not, even with coins that cost nothing.

If the stake buttons are locked, your balance has dropped below the amount selected. Choose a smaller stake or use Reset balance to return to the starting thousand. Neither action costs anything, because nothing here ever does.
