1. Who may use this site
You must be at least 18 years old to use Stump Smashers. By continuing past the home page you confirm that you meet that age requirement and that using a free social casino is lawful where you are. If either is untrue, please stop using the site.
2. Social gaming only
Stump Smashers offers social casino-style games for entertainment purposes only. No real-money wagering takes place on this site. There is no facility to deposit funds, no facility to withdraw them, and no opportunity to win money, prizes, or anything else of value. Nothing on this site constitutes gambling as ordinarily defined, an offer to gamble, or an inducement to gamble elsewhere.
3. Virtual coins
Coins displayed in Fracture Point are a scoring device with no monetary value. They are granted free of charge, cannot be purchased, cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, or exchanged, and confer no ownership, property right, or entitlement of any kind. Balances exist only in your browser during a single visit and are cleared on reload. We may change coin amounts, payout multipliers, or game rules at any time without notice or compensation.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system connected to it, introduce malicious code, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or modify the game's client-side code in order to present altered results as genuine. Manipulating a free scoreboard harms nobody but yourself, but we would rather it were stated.
5. Intellectual property
The name Stump Smashers, the Fracture Point game, the visual design, text, and code of this site are owned by the operator or used with permission. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute substantial parts of the site without written consent. Personal, non-commercial use of the site as intended is of course permitted.
6. Availability and changes
The site is provided as is and as available. We may alter, suspend, or withdraw any part of it, including the game itself, at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the site will be free of errors.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Because the service is free and involves no money, property, or prize of any kind, no claim may be founded on the loss of a virtual coin balance or a game outcome. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Third-party links
Where we link to an external page, we do so for reference only and take no responsibility for its content, accuracy, or policies. We do not link to real-money gambling operators and have no commercial relationship with any.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use after a revision means you accept it.
