Privacy policy
Last updated 19 September 2026. This policy explains what Stump Smashers does and does not collect when you visit.
The short version
Stump Smashers is a static website with no accounts, no login, no payment system, and no database. We do not ask you for your name, address, date of birth, phone number, or payment details, because there is nothing here that would require them.
Information you give us
The only way to send us information is to email the address published on the support page. If you do, we receive whatever you choose to write, along with your email address, and we keep that correspondence for as long as it takes to resolve your question and a reasonable period afterwards. We do not add those addresses to any mailing list.
Information collected automatically
Like any website, the server that delivers these pages records ordinary technical request data such as IP address, browser user agent, referring page, and the time of the request. This is used for security and to keep the site running, and is not combined into a profile of you or sold to anyone.
Cookies and local storage
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your Fracture Point coin balance is held only in the page's memory while the tab is open and is discarded the moment you reload or close it; it is not written to a cookie, to local storage, or to any server.
Third parties
Web fonts on this site are requested from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts that service to fetch the font files and Google may log that request in line with its own policies. Beyond that, no analytics platform, advertising network, or social widget is embedded in these pages.
Children
This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Data protection law in your jurisdiction may give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Because the only personal information we are likely to hold is an email exchange you started, such a request is usually straightforward: write to us and we will confirm what exists and remove it on request.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
